As a Creative Leader, I have been a change agent at a series of agencies to transform their capabilities, win business, grow revenue, and build award-winning and diverse creative teams.

I helped develop indie agency Edge's proposition and philosophy, spearheaded the business transformation from a content specialist into an integrated creative agency, won the agency more awards than ever before in its 15 year history, and achieved ranking in the Top 10 indie agencies for creativity by Campaign Brief, shortlisting for Independent Agency of the Year, and a nomination for a Logie.

Previously, I led Wunderman UK to be ranked 7th in the top 100 ad agencies in London and be shortlisted Agency of the Year, and led Wunderman Sydney to be the most financially successful agency in Y&R Group Australia, 8th fastest growing office in the global Wunderman network, ranked No.1 most awarded office in the network of 150+ offices worldwide, and be awarded APAC Digital Agency of the Year.

I have been a keynote speaker at industry events in Sydney, London, Santiago, New York and Cannes, and been a published commentator and thought leader in industry media.

 

I was listed in Creative Magazine’s Power 20 in 2012, was Foreman of 2015 D&AD jury and a 2011 Cannes Lion juror, nominated for Marketer of the Year in 2011, received ADMA's inaugural Award for Outstanding Contribution for dedication to marketing in 2011, and was named Creative of the Year in APAC at the Digital Media Awards in Beijing in 2010.

 

Creative highlights include showing 69 million people how to detect childhood cancer with their mobile phone; saving the life of a baby; the original Share a Coke campaign which was the most successful campaign in the brand’s 120-year history and expanded into more than 40 markets; the world record for the most retweeted brand tweet ever (still current); inventing a new bio-organic ink; and having three campaigns in the top 10 of The Won Report’s World’s Best Campaigns.

In between all this, I have helped develop a tech startup, manage a creative curation platform and write award-winning screenplays.
