We turned a dispirited franchise network into a unified group by developing the brand platform, appointing a likeable brand ambassador with Australia's favourite chippie Scott Cam, leveraging sponsorship of The Block, and rolling out ongoing retail campaigns across TV, radio, catalogue, POS, and even developing a bi-monthly magazine for tradies. This work resulted in 9% comp sales growth and over $1 billion in total group sales.
